ABOUT SEEDING AND THE STARTING NUMBER

The starting number is automatically given on the basis of the competitor's best placement at the Marcialonga in the last two years, with a calculation taking into account the ranking and the number of competitors (ranking x 100 ÷ starters).
The result is a percentage and on the regulation at point 5 you can see the correspondence between percentage and starting group. To check your percentage, enter your name and surname on the page MY RESULTS >
The result at the Marcialonga takes precedence over any other result.
Only in case of first participation or a result before the last two years, results in other cycling races can be evaluated according to the regulation at point 5.

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
To participate in the race, you must have/require one of the following documents:

• Valid cycling card: the card can be uploaded during registration on the MyEB system or sent by e-mail to info@marcialonga.it 
• Sports medical certificate to apply for the ACSI Marcialonga CARD (for free). ACSI CARD REQUEST FORM >
• Only for relay runners: medical certificate or declaration of possession of medical certificate (document attached to the registration form).

ATTENTION: if the documents are not sent or uploaded to the system, the entry will be INCOMPLETE and it will be necessary to present or request the missing documentation at the race office when collecting the number.

RACE OFFICE: BIB COLLECTION, ACSI CARD ISSUE, INFO POINT

Bibs collection is at the Race Office in Predazzo at the Town Hall (2nd floor) on the following days:

• Friday 3:00 - 7:00 pm
• Saturday 9:30 am - 12:00 pm / 2:00 - 7:00 pm
• Sunday 6:00 - 7:30 am

REQUESTED DOCUMENTS TO COLLECT THE BIB:

• For all: identity document.
• For members: valid sports card if not already uploaded to the MyEB system or sent by e-mail.
• For non-members: copy of sport medical certificate to apply for the ACSI Marcialonga CARD (cost 10€ - only cash). 

In the event of bib collection for another competitor, the appropriate proxy must be completed and the above documents presented.

For sports groups, the president of the club or the person in charge may collect the envelopes for all their athletes (on request).

Once the bib number has been collected, it will be possible to collect the RACE PACKAGE.

RACE PACKAGE

The race pack collection is at the Marcialonga stand in the Expo Village, in Predazzo main square (piazza SS. Apostoli).
To collect the race pack it is necessary to show the bib envelope.

• Friday 3:00 - 7:00 pm
• Saturday 9:30 am - 12:00 pm / 2:00 - 7:00 pm
• Sunday 6:00 - 7:30 am

The race packet is guaranteed for the first 2000 registered participants in total, it will only be delivered during the distribution times and will not be sent home.
The size is guaranteed only for competitors who collect the number on Friday and Saturday morning.

TIMINIG
 
The timing service is provided by EvoData, using OneChip technology. Participants must use a personal chip or a rental chip in order to have their race time. The price for the daily chip rental is 5,00 € + 5,00 € as a deposit that will be returned when you bring the chip back. Pay attention: you must return the chip within 30 minutes after the last participant crosses the finish line. Participants not using the chip or not fixing it properly on the bike won’t be listed in the official results. The general ranking will be drawn up on the official time while the age category ranking, on the real time.

HOW TO WEAR THE NUMBER AND FIX IT ON THE BIKE

The number must be worn on the back and must be fully visible.
The second number must be attached to the handlebars with the appropriate ties. The race number must be clearly visible.

COLD BAG

If you intend to race the long route or if you are not sure about the distance to effort, you can give a change bag (please use the Enervit bag) before the start nearby the race office at the dedicated "Cold bag" point. You will find the bag at the feed station between Predazzo and Moena and, in case of necessity, you can change your clothes in a safe place. After your arrival, you will find your bag in the same collection point.

STARTING AREA AND GROUPS

Access to the starting groups is only authorised after the punching (from 7.00 Am) and thecheck that the competitor is wearing the bib and that the number corresponds to the starting group.
The start is scheduled for 8.00 pm.

The division of the starting groups can be found in the regulations under point 5.

FEEDING STATIONS

Feeding stations are provided along the course stocked with drinks and snacks (see profile map).

To protect the environment, dumping of waste outside the dedicated containers is forbidden. The OC is authorised to disqualify (or penalize) the competitors who do not respect this rule.

INJURED COMPETITORS

For competitors in need of medical care, it is recommended the EHIC (please read more >).
An emergency telephone number (ICE) is requested when registering, so that relatives can be contacted in case of need.
In the event of medical treatment, the bike will be taken to the bike depot at the Sporting Centre.

COMPETITORS OUTSIDE THE TIME GATE

Competitors who cannot get through the time gates established by the regulations may use the BUS provided by the organisation.

FOLLOWING COMPETITORS IN THE RACE

It is possible to see the transit of the competitors and cheer them on in all the villages through which the race passes. A 'cheering point' with music and entertainment is organised at some passages:

The pasta party is  at SPORTING CENTER and is available from 11.30 to 4.00 pm.
The Pasta Party is also open to accompanying persons. You can buy the voucher at the INFO POINT in Moena or directly on site.

PERSONAL PHOTO SERVICE AND VIDEO ARRIVALS

The video of the arrival will be posted LIVE on the Marcialonga You Tube page and can also be viewed after the race.
The photo service will be provided by ENDUpix. Thanks to facial recognition technology, ENDUpix automates and speeds up the matching of photos. The photos will be immediately available on the ENDU website and app.
