Coop Running Trophy

WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

On the occasion of the 10-year collaboration between Coop Trentino and Coop Norway, Coop Running Trophy is born, as a sport and fun event reserved for administrators and employees of European Consumer Cooperatives.
All of this takes place at the foothills of the Dolomites, in the unique context of the Fiemme and Fassa valleys, during the Marcialonga Running race.
The activities will be linked to the sports competition that will take place on Saturday, September 2nd, in the afternoon, with individual or relay races covering distances of 21km or 26km.

MARCIALONGA RUNNING COOP

The Marcialonga running race is an appointment that has been renewed for more than 20 years through the valleys of Fassa and Fiemme, in unique sceneries.
You can choose the format:
> 21 km - Half Marathon: Moena - Masi di Cavalese
> 26 km: Moena Cavalese
> Relay: 10km (Moena - Predazzo) - 8km (Predazzo - Lago di Tesero) - 8km (Lago di Tesero - Cavalese)

PROGRAM

Friday, September 1st

- Athletes' arrival and check-in at the hotel
- In the late afternoon - Coop Gala - an exclusive gathering for Coop athletes and teams
- Aperitif, dinner, entertainment, team presentations, and Trophy presentation. Distribution of race bibs and team race shirt to coop participants.

Saturday, September 2nd
- Golden Morning: Muscle wake-up session in preparation for the race with Olympic gold medalist Cristian Zorzi and Petter Northug
- 4:30 PM: 21st Marcialonga Running Coop
- Pastaparty with awards ceremony and awarding the Coop Running Trophy

DEDICATED PRIZES "Coop Running Trophy"

Administrators and employees of the Cooperative will be awarded in dedicated rankings.
 
Prizes:
- Top 3 male 21km and 26km
- Top 3 female 21km and 26km
- First female relay team
- First male relay team
- First mixed relay team
- Coop Running Trophy: this is the special Trophy dedicated to the best Cooperative or Coop Nation. The ranking will be evalute on the performance of the individual athlete or relay team giving the same value to the three types of races and the numer of components of the Cooperative or Nation.
