INFORMATION TO BE FOLLOWED BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE RACE

RACE OFFICE /EXPO

Start numbers will be collected at the Race Office in Moena.

• Friday 2 September 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Saturday 3 September 08:30 am - 4:00 pm

The gift is guaranteed for the first 1600 entered only and it will be not sent home if not collected at the race office.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• For all: ID document.
• For Sport Club members: sport card
• For non-licensed runners: specific form and sports medical certificate in order to apply for the ACSI Marcialonga CARD (cost 5€).

TIMING

Provided by MySDAM. A disposable chip is attached to the bib. The bib must be fixed integrally on the chest, taking particular care that the chip is not damaged.

BUS SERVICE

To go to the Start: there is the free bus service for competitors upon reservation from Cavalese to Moena.

Otherwise, it is possible to take advantage of the Trentino Trasporti service (for a fee) with departure at 12.04, 1.04, 2.04, 3.04. The route is about 40 minutes and there will be stops in: Tesero, Panchià, Ziano di Fiemme, Predazzo.
After the arrival: it is possible to take advantage of the Trentino Trasporti service (for a fee) from Cavalese to Moena (stops in Tesero, Panchià, Ziano di Fiemme, Predazzo). Departure time: 6.04, 7.04, 8.09 (last run).

BAGS SERVICE

Delivery

Use the coloured bag to put your rucksack or clothes and apply the sticker with your bib number. Deliver it in the start area (the OC is not responsible for bags and clothing not handed in at the collection point).

Collection

The bag can be collected after the finish line in Masi di Cavalese for the half marathon or in Cavalese for the 26k run.

START

Access to the starting area is only authorised after the check-in. The start will be at 4:30 pm.

FEEDING STATIONS

There will be 5 refreshments along the route supplied with drinks and snacks.

Dumping of waste outside the dedicated containers is forbidden. The OC is authorised to disqualify (or penalize) the competitors who do not respect this rule.

ARRIVAL

Each finisher will receive a participation medal.
Masi d Cavalese, 21 km: medical station, refreshments, bags collection, shuttle bus to Cavalese.
Cavalese, 26 km: medical station, refreshments, bags collection, massage service, dressing rooms, showers and the pasta party.

PRIZE-GIVING CEREMONY

At 8:30 pm in Palafiemme, Cavalese.

RESULTS AND DIPLOMA

The rankings will be available in real time on the website www.marcialonga.it.

The diploma can be downloaded free of charge.

PERSONAL PHOTOS AND ARRIVAL VIDEO

The photos taken during the race will be available on www.fotostudio3.com.

The video of the finishes will be published on www.marcialonga.it.
